• Q1. How to make payment?
A: We accept multiple payment methods like Bank transfer, Western Union, Money Gram, Credit Card, Paypal and so on.
• Q2. How to make delivery?
A: We always ship the goods by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EMS. Shipping methods are mutiple.
• Q3. How long will my goods come to me?
A: It will take 7~15 .And different shipping methods, the time is different. Please consult to us when you make inquiries.
• Q4. How can I know if my order is shipped?
A: We will email you the shipping information like tracking number once your order is shppied.
• Q5. If the prodcut does not fit to my machine, can I return the goods?
A: We offer exchange service for defective products during the warranty time as well as refund service. Please contact us before returning the products. Customer will pay the freight of returning goods, and we are responsible for exchanging and sending the replaced or repaired items to you.
• Q6. Who will pay importing duties?
A: Our quotation doesn’t includes importing cost such as duties. So our customer has to pay these fees according to importing policy of their country. If our customer has special requirement for the decleared value, you can tell us before you replace an order.
